Entering Customer and Job Information


Entering customer and job information is done through the Home tab of the ribbon bar using the Customer button. Using this feature will help to keep the project organized.

Information can be entered by hand or by choosing from various other data sources by clicking the "Import from..." option. RFMS Mobile users can additionally search their store for customer records or use the information entered in this dialog to create a new customer in RFMS.


Information under the first two tabs can be customized in Measure Options.


Address formats can be customized based on country. Access this option by clicking the Restore Default button in the Address Format section of Measure Options.


The information contained here can be printed as a sort of cover sheet along with your plans and reports.
