File Upload is a great and useful feature, but the file date should stay the same as the original modified date. 
To import a msr file you...
Open From Cloud, and in this menu there is an option to Upload. Click Upload and then select what msr file(s) you'd like to upload.

I love both of these ideas. We definitely can add more clarity.
It would be useful to have the original date on the reports, as well as current date AND maybe a version number?
