Displaying Price levels with $0 in the product file

There is no way to show a price level with $0. This would be helpful when using MM3 to make selections with a new home buyer. The basegrade is included and truly a $0 to the customer as far as upgrade goes.

I get $0 is not display to avoid clutter, but if there is FORMULA in the pricing formulas of the product file (we could use C-C to force $0), it should display in MM3.
