Quick Tile - Program Locks Up

When using Quick Tile layouts, doe anyone else experience program lock-ups? We can hardly use it due to the program freezing. We have to shut the program down from the Task Manager because it complete stops responding.

Holy smokes thats not good. I haven't had it freeze like that.
I have had a trouble now and then getting it to do what I want but I don't think it was the program fault. I just couldn't figure out how to do it.
email support and let them know about.
