Allow the items entered in the counter to carry throughout a project and not just a sheet.

Do you mean let us have access to the data in multiple places in Measure?
I mean not having to enter the information into the counter for each new sheet of a project. For example, architect wants preformed inside and outside corners with four different colors of base. I use a different color for each, which means 8 entries into the counter. Assume now that there are 5 sheets. I now have to make those 8 entries 5 times. I do make the color of the counter the same as the color or the product, so inputting the color names and then attaching the product as an add-on. It is very tedious. I tried suggesting the description in the counter be linked to a product, but no luck yet on that front.

That does make sense. I would like to start using Counter more. This could be a great tool with some tweeks done to it.
I would like to see it more integrated throughout.
