3d Text Box Arrow x,y,z sticky

Thank you for letting us have Text Boxes in 3d.

I have a deeper request now. Allow the leading arrow to be sticky at the user defined coordinate on the x,y,z grid.

That way the arrow will always be pointing at what you intend it to regardless of the rotating or panning of the 3d View.  This will be a great help when we need to point out something specific for the installers or customer without have to adjust the arrow everytime a change in perspective is made.
