Why does measure keep rearranging my cut plan, after I use the print feature?

The bug doesn't happen every time but when it does its extremely annoying to get a work around to work.
David,
I had a chance to try what you described. I wasn't able to duplicate it.
However, I am on a newer build than you. Try upgrading and see if that fixes it.

Mark what version are you running? I also am on v17.1 Build 4525 and when I check for updates it says that I am running the most current update.
Im on 4581.
Its possible that hasn't went out to everyone just yet.
Sometimes that happens to me. Maybe a glitch.
