Add Feature change material on all sheets at once

Hi, I have a residential apartment building. I have all the suites on different sheets so I can use the sheet multiplier. It would be very convenient to be able to change all the flooring from one type to another without having to select each room. For example: if the original proposal had hardwood on all the units and the client wanted to price for carpet as well. I can't just take the area and use that because I need to be able to make the carpet cuts for each unit. 

Something like being able to go into products and change the product from hardwood to carpet. This would save a lot of time selecting rooms in each sheet and changing them takes much longer.
