Checklist Item sort order -

Hi – We would like to set up a support call for help with getting our checklists on the Measure Mobil App. We have tried multiple training sessions with our RFMS trainer with no success and it is imperative we make this happen. It appears RFMS is putting the lists in alphabetical order which does not work for us at Valley Floors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like this for Measure Mobil and Desktop.

My apologies, we need to sort our checklists in the order we enter them in. Can we make this happen at this time, or is this something that would need to be possible on your end?
What exactly do you mean? You can have checklists that auto populate and are always available, for example we have a demo checklist always auto populate because demo can go across all product categories. The rest of our checklists populate based on the product categories that are entered into the worksheet. i.e. carpet. a checklist populates for carpet accessories, pads, adhesives, etc, and then another populates with all of our carpet labor lines.
Are you wanting them to appear in the order you set them up in the checklist tile in ROS?
If so, they can be adjusted to that order where the checklists are added to the template by using the handles at the far right of the screen - first screen shot below.
As noted in the comment above, checklists that have been given priority during setup will appear automatically as a preference but if all checklists were to be selected in MM as per the second screen shot below you will see them in the same order you set them up in ROS, Templates - Checklists
