We also seek guidance on how RFMS can better handle freight charges imposed by vendors in various ways. Our key questions include:
•    RFMS Freight Adder Capabilities:
o    What freight calculation settings exist in RFMS, and are any of them not enabled by default?
o    Can Freight Adders be linked to specific vendors so that they apply automatically when a vendor’s product is quoted?
o    If not currently possible, is there an alternative RFMS feature that could achieve similar automation?
•    Manual Freight Adder Selection by Estimators:
o    Since freight charges vary by vendor, estimators must know the supplier before applying the correct Freight Adder.
o    Would any of the above vendor identification workarounds help ensure that vendor information is visible to estimators in Measure?
