Bring back "right click" to change drawing cursor position

So "right click" now just changes to panning?  The same thing the mouse scroll wheel does if you press it down?  Would love to have the "right click" function go back to where it would alternate the drawing cursor position as it originally did.  Works wonders when you're 35 clicks in on a crazy corridor.

    It is a "patch" for the zoom challenge that is happening on the mouse.  Only problem is they put in for panning. When ZOOM in and out doesnt work.
