Main Project Notes Pop Up Window

The main project notes pop up window the are for the main project notes is very small and if there is a lot of notes in that section it is very hard to scroll through and read all the notes. There is a private notes section that I feel isnt required. (forgive me if I am wrong) Is there anyway that we can make this Main project notes section bigger so that it is easier to read. Room notes pop up window has a bigger notes section.
