Bug Report - Double Clicking Tab Arrows

V17.2 Build 4794

Bug is repeatable.

When clicking through tab arrows at the bottom of the screen, if you double click or click too fast, it will open up the properties for the sheet tab you are on.  It should just keep moving you through the tabs.

Double clicking brings up this window.
