Project Management Module for Large Projects

This recommendation is to create a component  or two that would work with Measure Desktop and allow users to breakdown very large projects into manageable smaller projects - the component would take the smaller manageable projects and aggregate the data into a master project overview/summary.  The component work refresh data any time the master file was opened until the project was finalized. Once finalized then a new component would allow change management to happen to keep track of finalized project "sold" vs. the live project that was happening.
