Make Tile Count the default Tile Calculation Method

Measure defaults to the "Area" calculation method for new users. This means that when calculating tile, the default behavior is to calculate just the net square footage of the rooms with tile applied rather than calculating actual tile counts including rotation and reuse options. 

The original reason for this default method was due to limited computer resources since the Area calculation requires less computing power. Nowadays, most users expect that Measure's default behavior would be to calculate the more accurate actual Tile Count - and they have the computing power to handle that. 

This suggestion would make the Tile Count calculation method the default behavior for new Measure users. Users who wish to change it back to Area could do so via the Options menu or per room via the Room tab.
