MM updates don't transfer to RM

I've noticed 2 things that would be very helpful if remedied:

- Updates to notes in MM do not transfer to RFMS Mobile if no changes are made to line items or quantities.  Sometimes it's just the notes that need to be altered.

- When line items or quantities are changed, updated lines are defaulted to the bottom of the new RM estimate.  While not critical to the bottom line dollars, it looks disorganized depending on how you structure your estimates. For example, I put all labor at the top and all materials at the bottom.  If I make a change to a labor item, it moves to the bottom of the RM estimate.  This could result in a labor item being overlooked on a workorder or Schedule Pro.

    Kevin,

    Great feedback - thank you!

    1. I'll look further into this. I can understand your use case. Of course, the concern is that it would overwrite any changes made in RFMS to those note fields in the meantime. This is the reason for the current design.

    2. This is a result of the inability to adjust line item sorting once a quote has been created in RFMS. I'm not sure there's any hope on the horizon for this one.

You could address both of the above issues by creating a new, related quote when you export changes to RFMS. Is that an option for your workflow?
