No available license

I have changed laptops and loaded measure mobile onto it, however when I log in it says no available license. I also have it installed on my pc and tablet and no problem logging in on them or with desktop version I have installed on the laptop, its just the mobile version is the log in issue.

I have checked I am not logged in on any of the other devices. What do I need to do.

    Hi Derek,

    I'm sorry to hear about these issues. As of Measure Mobile 4.0, a license is required when logging into Measure Mobile. I've created a support ticket so that you can get some assistance with this right away. Thanks!
