RFMS PDF lack of download capability

Your system cannot handle my being able to pull pages from my larger PDF files for page extraction.  I am CONSTANTLY getting error and SHUT DOWN notices.  if you are cloud based, then your program should be able to handle the extractions of these files.  why do I have to waste hours every single time I am trying to download new pdfs for project starts??
