Assign Line Numbers in Measure Desktop

We would like the ability to assign RFMS line numbers in Measure Desktop before exporting to BidPro or Quotes/Order Entry.

Is this so that you can order the lines on the RFMS Order Entry side the way you want them?

So as an additive suggestion, which I think might be a little faster than assigning line numbers within measure desktop, there's actually a place to re-arrange lines inside of RFMS online. When you export the Measure Desktop file to Order Entry, it pulls up that red themed website, next to each line there is 6 dots on the far right of the line, you can actually drag and drop the lines into any order in here, they just don't stay when you press save and the job goes into Order Entry. It would be super nice if they did because then you can quickly drag and drop them into the order and then have them be saved that way.
