Search "everyone's" projects

Maybe there is a reason this wouldn't work but it would be nice to be able to search all MM3 projects for all staff.
If a customer calls or comes in and asks for information and you don't know who owns the project, you currently have to search individual names.
It would be nice to have the "everyone's" option just like RFMS mobile app.
