Detail notes on 3D Wall Drawings

How do I insert notes such as grout color, grout size, direction of tile, etc. onto a 3-D drawing of wall tile?

I don't believe notes are currently supported from the 3D Viewer, but I see this is a must have.
3D images have amazing communication potential for project managers and installers. I would like to see measure auto create (or on button click) text notes listing the primary material assigned to all verticals while at the same time providing users the option to edit/delete individual notes.
