Lock Cuts - Harden Code

Please harden the code so that the lock prevents cuts from moving under more circumstances.
For example: Currently, if I add a transition to a room having roll goods, the cuts of that room will move. In fact, if I add a transition to neighboring room regardless of its material assignment the cuts of the adjacent room will be moved.
I am aware that measure allows for materials to be dropped through at transition placement and that would affect the roll good, but wouldn't it be possible to verify that setting before unnecessarily moving cuts?
Additionally, since measure can know the size/shape of cuts, wouldn't it be possible to make necessary adjustments without actually moving cut arrangements. This would be preferable.

We're now looking into this. I don't know how it will all shake out in the end, but the situation you mention should be given attention.
