Change Default in Edge selection

is there a way to change the default area measure goes when you select the edge of a room, like to add baseboard on a specific wall, now mine defaults to ceramic tile with my baseboard in misc. it just takes more clicks and time when if I could change the default to Misc. I could just click the baseboard and move on to the next wall

Hi Terry! I believe it's simply defaulting to the first valid Product List category, but the use case you present makes sense. This is something we can look into.
