Toggling "Select All Sheets" to off

When you go into Forms and then Phases and Sheets, could you make the Select All Sheets function toggle so that if you unclicked it, it would deselect?  It is very tedious, and unnecessary to have to individually unselect each sheet to hone in on just a couple sheets.
