I have created a new estimator and his mane does not show up in this location like mine does. Therefor he is not able to go under a different estimators file to "grab" a file that someone else has started. Is there a setting that I do not have correctly? Is the app that he downloaded not updated?

Hi Matt,
It is likely that the new user you have created is assigned to the Estimator role. Users assigned to this role are unable to view other user's folders. If you'd like him to have this access, you can assign him to the Manager role and he will be able to see other user's folders.
