Re-implement PDF attachments in emails

RFMS Mobile seems to have been changed to include a link to download a PDF instead of attaching an actual PDF. I suggest making that a configurable option where an RFMS customer can choose to either send PDF attachments or send the link.
People are very suspect of links in emails, and downloads, especially from an unrecognizable URL for many (tinyurl.com). Flooring customers are not tech savvy. Having the ability to easily and quickly send an actual document would be very beneficial.

I think this issue is related to MM running on windows, its still possible to send PDF's out of IOS. Although it takes a little longer you can still save the documents as a PDF out of MM and then email these to the customer.
