Delete door transtion form basebord calculations

How can we add the door transition automatically while calculating the baseboard in the perimeter of the room? Also, the corridor finihses will need to delete all doors in the corridors to calculate the basebord. I there any system or tectics to delete doors in each rooms while adding different finishes in the rooms and the adjoining corridor/lobby areas?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, try this: use a transition without selecting any material (or select none), then for the perimeter add-on (your base) uncheck "include transitions".
