Border Tool Needs Updating

- Allow users to change the lay direction like you can with walls.

- Bug fixes. Specifically how it reacts to add ons and transitions.

- Allow it to run across all doorways smoothly without having to click individual doors (this often ends up filling the whole room rather than the selected doorway as it is).
