I think it would be nice to be able to create an add-on that only takes off the edge between the created colours/products. It would be very handy for jobs with complicated sheet vinyl areas where each piece needs to be welded to the next.

Yes, the ability to use the transition tool between the subdivided areas would be great. Currently have to use add-on selected segment.
I would also like to see a way to change a subdivided area into its own separate room.
Those are both good ideas
