Open My flooring Link instead of just downloading

When you click on the flooring link, would like the pdf to open instead of download and not open. A lot of customers are not tech savy and they don't understand why when you click a link and "nothing" happens and then the salespeople who are also not tech savy have to walk them through how to find their downloads. Its harder if viewing the link from your iphone because safari downloads it quick and it goes to the top right and that isn't a common place for someone to look. Would be nice if it displayed on the webpage with the option to download.

Bit Late to the party here. I had this exact same question during a recent conference call with RFMS. Since I just learned this, maybe others still don't know!
Use the Share button rather than the send option. The link generated from sharing will allow the quote to open without download.
