Customers with a HOLD should be alerted at time of project creation

Currently, a mobile user is not alerted that a customer has a HOLD record until the estimate is pushed to an order (RED).

To avoid wasting a lot of energy building a project & estimate for a customer with a HOLD, we'd like to see a warning message appear at the time the customer is selected when creating a project in MM3.
