Re-implement PDF attachments in emails
RFMS Mobile seems to have been changed to include a link to download a PDF instead of attaching an actual PDF. I suggest making that a configurable option where an RFMS customer can choose to either send PDF attachments or send the link.
People are very suspect of links in emails, and downloads, especially from an unrecognizable URL for many (tinyurl.com). Flooring customers are not tech savvy. Having the ability to easily and quickly send an actual document would be very beneficial.

I think this issue is related to MM running on windows, its still possible to send PDF's out of IOS. Although it takes a little longer you can still save the documents as a PDF out of MM and then email these to the customer.
So, it's been 3-1/2 years since this was a topic-- maybe I am the only one dealing with this issue?
ALL OF OUR ESTIMATES sent from RFMS Mobile with a link end up in Junk mail, so we have tell each customer that we sent a link and to check their junk mail just in case. I've also had several customers who simply cannot open the link (firewall? spam filter? who knows!). In an industry where timing is critical and we can only capture our clients attention for a short window (see what I did there?) of time, this makes us look inefficient and unprofessional. Surely RFMS/ Cyncly can find a better solution...
Out of curiosity, as I do experience this issue as well. Do you send the link from the app with the Email option, or do you copy the link and type an email independent of RFMS with the link pasted in?
I am in the habit of informing clients to check their junk box and often set follow-up phone calls once the link is sent to ensure they received it. It is frustrating getting the angry call from a client that has been waiting only to discover it was filtered out as junk.
It seems I have better success if I just use Outlook to type the email rather than the app.
For awhile, I was saving each estimate as a .pdf and attaching it to an email from our Outlook. I wanted to give the link a chance, and I thought the more we used it the more likely it would start bypassing the junk filter-- no such luck. I will probably start going back to the .pdf process. Silver lining, it has gotten us in teh habot of calling customers, but I'd rather not do it to just say, "Did you get my quote? No? Check your junk mail." and then have to wait 3-4 more days for them to call back or for us to follow up again.
If it's not remedied, we will continue to lose quotes to companies that have more efficient processes.
