Locating your Roomvo ID

  1. Ensure that your organization has signed up for Roomvo.
  2. Log in to your Roomvo PRO dashboard.
  3. Select your company name from the Vendor Picker in the top-left corner of the dashboard:

  4. In the pop-up that appears, your Roomvo ID (also called VendorURL) is the smaller, light gray text below your company name:

    Note: This should not include any spaces or punctuation
