Adjust printer-specific options and settings.
Access Printer Options by navigating to the "Print" screen and clicking the "Printer" button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
The "Printer" Panel
Printer Drop-down menu that displays the active printer. Left-click it to select from a list of all printers installed on the workstation, including print-to-PDF and similar utilities.

Size Select a paper size. The available sizes are based on what the printer reports it is capable of printing to.

Orientation Select the default orientation for all plans and reports.
Note: Each report can optionally be configured with its own orientation setting that overrides this one.

Print Job Status View the status of all current and pending print jobs and PDF exports.
Time Submitted Timestamp from when the command to print was issued.
Job Name The path and file name of the job.

Destination The printer to which the job is being sent. If it is a PDF export, then the path and file name will be displayed.
Status This column indicates whether a job is printing or is still waiting in the queue. If the print/export job fails for any reason, an error message will be displayed here. Failed jobs will stay in the list until they are deleted or Measure is closed.
Tip: Cancel a print job by selecting it and pressing the Delete key.

Primary Font Open Windows' standard font selection interface and modify the primary font used on all plans and reports.

Page Settings Adjust page-specific settings such as paper size and margins. The page at the top of the window is a visual aid to indicate how the paper size, orientation, and margins will appear.
Paper Size Select a paper size. Because the paper size can be selected directly in the main "Printer" panel, this setting is redundant.
Source Choose a paper source. If a printer has multiple trays, for instance, they will all be listed in this menu.

Orientation Select the default orientation for all plans and reports. Because the orientation can be selected directly in the main "Printer" panel, this setting is redundant.
Margins Adjust the sizes of the left, right, top, and bottom margins. This is the only location in Measure where margins can be set.

Printer Settings Open Windows' standard "Printer Settings" window. Choose whether to print all pages or only a set range, enter the number of copies desired, and indicate whether these should be collated.
