How to Add Terms and Conditions to your Project

Terms and conditions are maintained in RFMS Online Services by Administrators. Any level of user can add terms and conditions to a measure project. These terms will appear when creating a Proposal through Generate Forms.

How To:

  1. Click the customer/project information icon, Project_Info.png, from the navbar or fromthe ribbon bar in Generate Forms.
  2. Switch to the Job Details tab and click the button Select T&C from Cloud.

  3. In the window that comes up check the box next to the Terms & Conditions you want to include. Multiple can be selected. Click OK to import them.
