When several rooms share the same product, add-ons, or other common properties, it can be helpful to assign them to a group. If changes need to be made to those rooms, they can all be selected from the side bar Room tab under the "Groups" section with a single click.
How To:
1. Select one or more rooms. |
2. Tap the Group select button in the right sidebar. |

When no rooms are currently selected the Groups section of the room tab will display how many rooms are in a particular group. 1. Selecting a group will select all rooms assigned to that group. |
Groups in Printed Reports:
When printing the Proposal or Installation documents there is the option to "Print groups on separate pages". This means that in the Proposal, if the option is selected to include the Room Plan, that there will be a single room plan for each group. In the Installation document the room plan, seam plan, and cut plan will be done separately for each group.
